Terms of Use
For the execution of a.s.r. Vitality related to various forms of rewards, a.s.r. collaborates with Touch Incentive Marketing B.V., hereinafter referred to as 'Touch':

These terms of use apply to your use of the Touch webshop:
INTRODUCTION
- The a.s.r. Vitality program offers benefits that you, as a customer of a.s.r., can access through the a.s.r. Vitality app, hereinafter referred to as the 'APP'. The APP is linked to the Touch environment where the rewards are offered, hereinafter referred to as the 'Touch webshop'.
- The benefits offered through the Touch webshop are divided into three categories: Weekly Reward and Vitality Benefit, Monthly Reward, and Status Reward.
- Anyone participating in a.s.r. Vitality can use the "Weekly Reward and Vitality Benefit". You do this by redeeming credits, paying an amount in euros, or using a combination of credits and additional payment.
- With "Monthly Reward," you can purchase products in the Touch webshop and receive a cashback on part of the purchase amount. The cashback amount paid by a.s.r. is determined based on the points you earn in the APP.
- Your status is displayed in the APP. Based on your status, you can take advantage of the benefits shown under "Status Reward". We offer various benefits in this category in collaboration with third parties.
CREDITS
- As part of a.s.r. Vitality, you can earn virtual credits that are awarded based on weekly rewards achieved in the APP.
- The balance of the credits you receive can only be used to purchase products and services in the Touch webshop.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for (cash) money or any other monetary value. Additionally, we are never obligated to refund credits or pay out the value, in whole or in part, of the offered benefits in cash.
- It is not allowed to resell credits or the products purchased with them or use them for commercial or other purposes than those intended.
- It is not allowed to transfer credits to another person.
- We reserve the right, in exceptional cases, not to award credits or to deduct credits.
- We are entitled to refuse or revoke credits at any time if we suspect fraud, deception, incomplete or incorrect information, abuse, or if such actions, in our opinion, harm a.s.r., Touch, and/or the suppliers of products and services offered through the Touch webshop. We have the right to report such cases to the police.
- We reserve the right to unilaterally change the way credits are awarded and calculated.
- You acknowledge and accept that the Touch webshop will end when the agreement between a.s.r. and Touch terminates. You will be informed in advance. Upon termination of the Touch webshop, any unused credits will expire, and no rights can be claimed.
PRODUCTS
- Each product offered in the Touch webshop is described fully and accurately. The description is detailed enough to enable a proper assessment. If we use images, they represent the product as truthfully as possible.
- All prices in the Touch webshop include VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
- A fixed amount of credits may apply to each product.
- Each product may have a defined period during which it is available and when the price conditions are valid. If so, this will be clearly indicated in the Touch webshop.
- Some products may have limited availability ("while supplies last"). If so, this will be clearly indicated in the Touch webshop.
- Some products may have a maximum order quantity. If so, this will be clearly indicated in the Touch webshop.
- All products and services offered through the Touch webshop cannot be ordered in combination with promotions or manufacturer/importer/supplier discounts, unless explicitly stated.
ORDERING
- If you decide to order a product, you enter into an agreement with Touch for the delivery of that product.
- Full payment must be made in advance, using the applicable number of credits and/or paying the applicable amount in euros.
- This agreement is only finalized once Touch has accepted and confirmed your order in writing (via email).
- If your order is not accepted, Touch will notify you in writing within three (3) working days of placing the order.
- As long as you have not received written confirmation from Touch, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement.
DELIVERY
- Delivery only takes place within the Netherlands.
- Touch aims to deliver the physical products you ordered through the Touch webshop within two (2) working days to the address you provided.
- Touch aims to deliver the digital products you ordered through the Touch webshop within one (1) working day to the email address you provided.
- The indicated delivery times are purely indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline.
- Touch is entitled to deliver ordered products in multiple shipments, if necessary.
- If delivery of a product proves impossible, Touch will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement product.
- Once delivered, the ordered products are at your risk, and you are responsible for any damage that may occur to or be caused by these products.
- Ownership of the products only transfers to you once all payments, including interest and costs, have been made to Touch. Touch reserves the right to exercise this ownership on all ordered and delivered products.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- You have a legal right of withdrawal, which you can exercise up to fourteen (14) days after receiving the products.
- If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask that you use the return form available in the Touch webshop.
- The products must be returned in their original packaging, along with the original packing slip and, preferably, the return form.
- If we receive the products in good condition, we will refund your payment, including shipping costs, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products. The credits you used will be refunded to your balance.
- If you keep one or more products from the order, you will only be refunded for the cost of the remaining products, not for the shipping or any administrative fees. Credits used for returned products will be refunded to your balance.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the products.
- The right of withdrawal also applies to services and subscriptions. If you have already used part of a service within the fourteen (14) day period, you will need to pay for the part you used.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal is broken, other sealed products for specific reasons if the seal is broken, perishable goods, individual newspapers, magazines, and tickets with a set date or period of performance.
DEFECTS, WARRANTY
- You are required to inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt to check for any defects.
- Upon discovering a defect, you must stop using the product immediately and take all reasonable measures to prevent further damage.
- Defects in delivered products must be reported to Touch within seven (7) days of discovery, under the heading "a.s.r. Vitality". You must use the return form provided in the Touch webshop and send the completed form to support@touchincentive.com.
- Products cannot be returned without Touch's permission. This permission is only granted, except in the case of the right of withdrawal, in the case of manufacturing and/or delivery errors. If Touch grants permission to return the product(s), you must print the completed return form and return the products in their original packaging along with the original packing slip and the return form.
- You are responsible for submitting any warranty-related forms. You can never claim more rights from Touch than those granted by the manufacturer or importer of the product. The packing slip provided by Touch is part of the warranty proof.
